MedicalPark Group Hospitals
Established in 1993, Medical Park Hospitals is the largest private hospital group in Turkey with 31 hospitals.
Medical Park specialists achieve exceptional successes in various fields of medicine:
Organ transplantation. - up to 600 organ transplants /kidney, liver, pancreas, and cornea/ per year. This accounts for 1/5 of all transplants performed in Turkey and about 2% of transplants in the entire EU. At the same time, the results of the 5-year survival rate of patients are the best in the world - 95.7%.
In 2011, Medical Park Antalya Hospital became the number 1 in the world for the number of organ transplants performed for the third time. Thanks to the accumulated experience, Medical Park reports excellent success rates for this type of operation. Kidney transplants reach a success rate of 98% one year after the operation and 96.7% in the third year. For comparison, the average success rate in the US is 95.1% and 79.8% respectively.
More than 2000 bone marrow transplants were performed at Medical Park between 2011 and 2014, including for children. To facilitate finding a suitable donor, the transplantation centers of the hospital chain cooperate with international bone marrow banks. They are accredited by the European Group for Bone Marrow Transplantation (EBMT).
Oncology - tumors are removed from any location, incl. - brain tumors, stereotactic radiosurgery (gamma knife), radio and intraoperative radiation therapy, and radionuclide treatment. Hospitals are equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment units such as PET-CT, used for cancer diagnosis, and a linear accelerator device, the latest product of modern medical technology in computerized radiation therapy planning, as well as with modern diagnostic devices of medical technology/ 64-section computer tomography, high-level magnetic resonance, tomography, digital mammography.
High success rate in in-vitro fertilization. The specialists at the Medical Park assisted reproduction centers achieve pregnancy in about 60% of cases, and 40% of the procedures end with the birth of a baby. Perhaps due to the high success rate, their services are sought after by families both from Turkey and all over the world - 15% of in-vitro patients are from abroad.
Robotic surgery - it is practiced in almost all areas of medicine, from complex manipulations on the brain to surgical treatment of obesity.

The Bone Marrow Transplantation Center has experienced and reputable doctors and specialists who have performed over 1,000 transplantation procedures. With nearly 3,228 cardio-surgical operations in the LIV hospital alone, the survival rate is 96 percent with an average of 89 percent in Turkey.
With nearly 2,502 surgeries on the gastrointestinal tract in the hospital, the survival rate is 94 percent, compared to an average of 89 percent in Turkey.
The Traumatology Department of LIV Hospital is the only department in Turkey that collaborates with the European organization AOSpine and practices MakoPlasty - a robot-assisted procedure for knee joint endoprosthesis replacement without injuring muscles or tendons.
The Department of Neurosurgery performs all types of neurological surgeries on children and adults, where surgeries on the spinal cord and brain are carried out synchronously with intraoperative ICG angiography. The first hospital of the group was opened in 2011 in the town of Chorlu.
